When someone goes missing, New Brunswick law enforcement can rely on MGSAR. We’re trained and fully equipped to deploy personnel and resources quickly, manage complex search operations, and sustain those efforts for several days whenever the situation demands it, providing Professional Searchers 24/7/365.
Awareness
Through initiatives such as Project LifeSaver and AdventureSmart and programs like Hug‑A‑Tree, we support those most vulnerable from becoming lost. By focusing on prevention and community education, we aim to lessen both how often searches occur and how serious they become.
Engagement
MGSAR has contributed to a broad range of community event, including the Striper Cup, the Canada Day parade, the Irish Festival, the Mayor’s Welcome BBQ, and NBCC graduation ceremonies. Our team also provides First Aid support at numerous gatherings and manages road‑closure barricades whenever needed.
Fundraising
MGSAR is a 100% volunteer organization depending on fundraising efforts and the generosity of community members like you. Your support helps us maintain vital equipment, strengthen our training, and ensure we’re ready to respond when emergencies arise. Every contribution—big or small—truly matters.
